Anthony Amodu

Anthony is a Corporate Strategist and Business Relationship Management Expert with over 2 decades of working experience cutting across Financial Services, Oil & Gas and Assets Management Solutions. He is currently the Chairman & CEO of West Sea Global Services Limited where he is responsible for Corporate Solutions and Strategy.


In 2016, He resigned from Citibank as Vice President (Energy) in the Corporate & Investment Bank where he was responsible for developing managing relationships, credit risk management, and product development. He was also a member of the bank credit committee. Anthony managed both Local and International relationships including Coca-Cola, Frigoglass Group, Guinness, Nigerian Breweries, John Holt, Chevron, Exxon- Mobil, Nigeria LNG, Sahara and Total.


He has attended several local and international training courses including;

Prior to joining Citi, he was the Group Manager; Corporate Development at Oando Plc. Responsible for Strategy & Planning, Project Execution and Business Performance Monitoring for all the companies within the group. While at Oando he set up the Investor Relations Unit, which he ran until he joined Citi.

‘Gbemiga Oladele

Gbemiga is an accounting graduate and a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years’ experience in various sectors including Financial Consulting,  Research, Telecommunication, Infrastructure Financing & Advisory, Banking and Tech Business gathering experience in finance functions, investments, credit risk management, consulting, research and developing new businesses. He holds an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife specializing in business strategy.


He currently acts as the Head of Advisory at West Sea Global Services Limited. Where he is responsible for investment evaluation and credit risk management.


In the past 8 years he has been involved in various high value transactions which include a banking institution expansion drive to 5 African countries, a N3bn financing for expansion by a big indigenous manufacturer, a $20m Equity investment into a Nigerian Tech Venture firm, fundraising drive for
various Oil & Gas and Infrastructure projects with project cost ranging from $5m to $100m.


Gbemiga is also a IFRS certified professional from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK, Certified Information System Auditor and a member of the Information System Audit & Control Association (ISACA) USA.
